Ticket Policy

Thank you for supporting the Tecumseh High School Drama Club! Please be aware that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including schedule conflicts, illness, or personal emergencies. The Drama Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets, which become the sole responsibility of the ticket holder upon purchase. While damaged but legible tickets will be honored, illegible tickets may not be accepted for entry. In the rare event that a performance is officially canceled by the Drama Club, ticket holders have the option to either reschedule for an alternative performance date (subject to availability) or request a full refund, which will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear. Ticket exchanges are considered at the discretion of Drama Club management and are not guaranteed, with potential additional fees applying. All seating is assigned unless otherwise specified, though the Drama Club reserves the right to reassign seats if necessary. Children who typically require sitting with a parent will need a ticket of their own, lap seats are not permitted. The Drama Club also reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate without refund. This policy may be modified at any time without prior notice. For questions regarding this policy, please contact the Drama Club advisor at Tecumseh High School.

Theatre Rules

Welcome to the Tecumseh High School Drama Club! To ensure a safe, professional, and distraction-free environment for our student performers, technical crew, and patrons, we kindly ask that all audience members adhere to our live theatre website policies. Before the performance begins, please completely silence and put away all cell phones, smartwatches, and electronic devices, as the artificial glow and ringtones are highly disruptive to the actors on stage. Due to strict theatrical licensing laws and copyright regulations, flash photography, non-flash photography, and video or audio recordings of any kind are strictly prohibited during the show. To help preserve our auditorium facilities, no outside food, candy, or open beverages are permitted in the seating area at any time, though a clear bottled water with a secure cap is welcome. We ask that guests remain in their seats for the duration of the act to keep aisles clear; late arrivals or those who must exit the auditorium during a scene will only be re-seated at the discretion of the House Manager during an appropriate break or at intermission. We love an engaged audience and enthusiastically encourage you to support our cast through laughter, gasps, and applause at the appropriate moments, while kindly refraining from talking or whispering during active scenes. Thank you for your cooperation, for respecting the hard work of our students, and for supporting the arts at Tecumseh High School!
